Phanii Pydimarri

Phanii is a Global Data Analytics Leader with 15 years of experience in end to end Data Management with key focus areas in Data Strategy, Data Analytics, Data Science and transforming organizations into data-driven culture.

Phanii started his career as a BI Consultant, traveling across the US and working for various clients in different industries. He is a strong believer of economies of scale, is outcome driven and is passionate about solving key business challenges by using Data as a key corporate asset. He has strong experience using Data Science to improve key operational challenges and have experience standing up Data Governance programs across various public and private sector organizations. Over the years, Phanii has transformed cultures and showcased data as a value-added resource that can be leveraged to deliver measurable improvements across multiple KPIs.

Phanii has recently taken up the role of Head of Global Data Strategy & Analytics at Bose Corporation in Boston, MA.

Lee Green

Director BI & EDW

In his current role as Director BI and EDW, Lee is responsible for the of business intelligence and data warehousing modernization effort for Tokyo Electron – US (TEL). This effort is in the process of establishing a new data ecosystem, power by Snow Flake and visualized with ThoughtSpot and Microsoft PowerBi. The design is focused on repeatably, simplicity, and automation. Lee and team work hand-in-hand with the TEL business community to plan data architecture, establish roadmaps, and ensure valuable business questions are answered with data.

Prior to joining TEL in 2020, Lee was the Director of IT Applications for Bell Helicopter – Textron responsible for application processes and services, resource and vendor management and other supporting activities for Bell’s SAP, MES, Kronos and other commercial of the shelf applications., in addition to all data and analytic activity at Bell.

Prior to joining Textron in 2004, he was a technical architect and SAP ABAP developer at International Paper. Beginning in 1999, he implemented various SAP modules in over 20 International Paper sites around the globe.

Lee holds a BS/BA degree in computer information systems and quantitative analysis from the University of Arkansas and a Business Analytics Certificate from Penn State.

Pragya Rajauria

Pragya is a transformation leader skilled in driving business and technology organizations to create value from their key strategic asset – Data. She has successfully launched and executed Data Governance and Stewardship programs, Risk based Data Analytics, and spearheaded Data Quality, Compliance, and Legal initiatives.

With more than 15 years of experience in transforming organizations to be more data-driven, she has been responsible for global vision, strategy, and implementation of Data Governance and Management efforts, understanding the culture and history of the organization. She has extensive experience in Finance Industry and led multiple organizations through Federal, Regulatory, and Compliance requirements both local and globally.

Pragya has a Master’s in Technology Management from University of Bridgeport where couple of research topics (Model-based conceptual clustering of moving object, Unsupervised Learning of Manifolds via Linear Approximations) were published in IEEE journals. Her hobbies include painting, reading and enjoys riding her motorcycle during good weather.

Mel Reyes

Mel builds the teams that make or save companies money and has successfully navigated through the IT drama for the past 25 years. From application development, eCommerce to backend data integration, and everything in between. And yes, that includes security, infrastructure, and fraud management.

He’s laser-focused on leveraging his strong financial acumen to deliver quantifiable results, with an eye on precision budgeting and driving real business value. While at Synchrony, Mel led the IT and Business strategy of over 100 cross-matrixed resources to deliver a 400% increase in PayPal’s credit portfolio to $12B in 2 years.

His experience spans Fortune 10-500, FinTech, Media Agencies, CPG, Manufacturing, and startups, including Pepsi, T-Mobile, Lowe’s, Priceline, Publicis Groupe Omnicom agencies. For decades he’s been a mentor and coach who attracts, retains, and develops high-performing talent.

He’s an Advisor for HMG Strategy Financial Services, Pace University’s Cybersecurity Board, Vation Ventures, Tech Impact, as a wand startup Reshuffle. He takes tremendous pride in working with companies volunteering to help nonprofit groups as a fundraiser, moderator, speaker, and mentor.

He’s managed migrations and implementations in all the major cloud providers, many of the mainstream and legacy development languages. As well as has led security, risk, and audit assessments for PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, NYS DFS 500, SOX, HITRUST, HIPAA, CFPB, OCC, M&A, divestitures, AML, and compliance reviews.

Shardul Desai

Shardul Desai is Associate Director of Risk Analytics and Reporting at DTCC. Shardul is hands-on analytics leader heading regulatory reporting and analytics practices in Chief Risk office at DTCC. Shardul has extensive experience in working as data and analytics leader, driving automation, dealing with complex eco systems of data and also worked as Technical Product Owner and advisor in various products and platforms. Prior to DTCC, Shardul was lead consultant working with various fortune 500 clients on implementing Business Intelligence, Data and Analytical solutions. Shardul is proven data and analytics leader with proven track record of leading global team, working with cross functional team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to complete the product vision and also bring innovative ideas on emerging technologies like AI and ML to modernize the daily operations.

Shardul has an MS in electrical engineering from NYU Polytechnic Institute of Engineering and Executive Certificates in Analytics management , Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan school of management. Shardul has attended various online courses on Big data , creating data driven culture from Standford, MIT. He is currently pursuing his MBA from University of Urbana Champagne, Illinois Gies college of business.
