Julio Lujambio

Julio Lujambio is the Global Head of Digital and Mobile Service Delivery of Alexion Pharmaceuticals, responsible for the expansion of the company’s Global Digital Technology Capabilities that helps Alexion develop life-transforming treatments for patients with severe and life-threatening diseases.

An IT veteran with more than 25 years of experience in IT, Strategic and Tactical Execution, Customer Service, Consulting, and Business Process Improvement across different industries with thought leadership roles in technology, operations, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales.

At Alexion, he and his global team develop and implement innovative technology and enterprise-level business information and application infrastructure to support global digital technology demands across Alexion’s Commercial, Marketing, R&D, and Corporate Functions.

Prior to Alexion, Mr. Lujambio served as Vice President and Head of IT for HB Communications, where he led the complete IT organization. Before that, Julio worked at Pitney Bowes on Global Digital roles to support company’s transition from physical to digital. Mr. Lujambio also held several other positions of increasing responsibilities at different technology and manufacturing companies.

Julio holds a dual Master of Science in Engineering Management and Project Management from the University of Central Florida; later in his career, he obtained an Executive Certification in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Sarah Angel-Johnson

Originally from Honolulu, Sarah Angel-Johnson was hired by IBM in 1997 as a Software Engineer and coded IBM’s first e-commerce website. She quickly became a change agent integrating technology and business and one of IBM’s youngest female executives, leading 25,000 team members, managing seven global labs, and driving $1.7 billion in revenue.

In 2014, she made a career decision to move to nonprofit and transform the $860 million Girl Scout Cookie Program – taking it digital! The launch of “Digital Cookie” garnered 4 billion media impressions with Sarah quoted in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and more, as well as recognitions that included a place in Fast Company’s Top 10 Most Innovative Nonprofits. Following Girl Scouts, she joined Year Up as CIO to empower young adults to reach their potential through careers and higher education and was recognized as CIO of the Year by InspireCIO for human-centered design and data-driven outcomes.

Sarah is passionate about delivering social impact at scale and was honored with a U.S. Congressional Award for her work with underserved youth. In November 2020, Sarah will take the next step in this journey and join Save the Children as CIO to apply her 20+ years of expertise in business transformation, digital innovation, and operational integration to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives.

Sarah received her MBA from Cornell University and BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She regularly serves as a motivational keynote speaker and on multiple governing boards, including United Nations Association. She is also an active entrepreneur, owning a performing arts coffeehouse and establishing a salsa dance studio after retiring from being a professional salsa dancer. At home, she is a loving wife and mother.

His expertise is providing executive leadership with global strategic direction overseeing IT strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure, technology roadmaps, software development, technology improvement initiatives, (SaaS, RPA, ERP, SAP, Salesforce, Pardot, eCommerce, CRM, TPM & Supply Chain) implementations and aligning technology services to business goals.

A strategic leader and business partner with demonstrated accomplishments driving strategy, organizational and operation transformation, and building-out new technologies, innovation, automation, and leading IT services (applications, data, infrastructure) delivering bottom-line results, streamlining business processes, reducing complexity, cost, and maximizing RoI.

With 30+ years of business and IT experience, Tom is a chief business enabler and problem solver who makes things happen while infusing the global teams he leads with infectious energy and passion that empowers them to think big, set stretch goals, and pursue those goals with an intensity and focus that anything is possible. Vishal Gupta

Vishal Gupta is global CTO and Senior Vice President at Unisys. Vishal leads the global product organization across six global centers and is responsible for strategy and execution for all products and platforms. Prior to Unisys, he was SVP and GM at Symantec responsible for strategy and execution of five product lines in Cyber security and risk. Mr. Gupta is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record in leading teams to develop and execute the strategy for award-winning platforms and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to execute a growth strategy using build, buy, and partner. He has extensive experience in creating award winning products and transforming industries by leveraging technologies like Machine Learning and edge computing.

Vishal is also considered a global industry thought leader especially in AI, Cloud, and Security and has presented in several conferences and has been quoted extensively in press and is member of Forbes technology council and WSJ CIO council.

Vishal has an MS in computer engineering from Dartmouth College where he graduated as Henry J McCarthy 1931 fellow, and an MBA from The Wharton Business School where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
